EVALRI develops screening tools for clearly defined research questions and populations. Structured interviews can combine symptoms, medical history, sleep, mental health, behavior, treatment, and function rather than relying on one isolated indicator.

Longitudinal data allow physician-identified cases to be compared with matched controls and earlier assessment waves. This can help identify combinations of features associated with later disease recognition or persistent burden.

Candidate algorithms are designed for transparent implementation and must be validated for their intended setting. Screening estimates risk or identifies the need for further assessment; it does not establish a diagnosis.
